I will use my years of experience and my knowledge gained through my education to put together a workout program to best get you the results you're after.
No long term commitments, you pay month to month and can quit anytime you feel ready to branch off on your own with your training.
After you sign up you will be directed to a page where you will create a username and password to access your workout programs
Once logged in you must select the "Forms" tab and fill them out, including a questionnaire to best help me design a program around your specific goals.
After you fill out the forms, I will begin to create a custom workout plan for you which will be found under "Programs" on your dashboard. (Each program begins on Monday to make it easier to follow).
You will be given my personal email where you can reach out with any questions you have regarding your workout program.
Every 6 weeks I will reach out to see how the program is going and if any changes need to be made to the next phase.
The program is delivered using custom software so you can view your workouts on any device. Each workout comes with special instructions for each exercise as needed. The program is designed with your goals in mind, and will follow a proven progression to get you the results you desire.
You will have access to a complete workout library that illustrates how to perform each exercise in your program.
I started doing personal training because I have a passion for fitness and truly believe that it is a way of life. I have been in and around fitness for 8 years now, and I have come to realize that it can truly change a person's life. My programs are based around the first hand experience I have gained, as well as the knowledge I gained from taking the National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer course.
